ClinForce To Be Acquired By DOCS, ICON – February 4, 2013
ClinForce, a company within the Clinical Trial Services (CTS) Division of Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. today announced they are a part of a transaction to join the DOCS business, a subsidiary of ICON plc. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2013.
ClinForce, alongside affiliate company Assent Consulting, has combined service offerings including contract staffing, permanent placement and functional services. Also included in the CTS division is AKOS, a leading US and EU provider of pharmacovigilance and drug safety services, which will be combined with ICON’s medical and safety services group.
